It is Yoruba common sense that only an illegitimate child will abuse an Oba or knowingly destroy his family legacy. But commonsense appears not to be common in modern day Yorubaland when somebody with 2 dozen Thugs rubbishes the efforts of Aare Onakankanfo and Ooni of Ife that came together to form Amotekun against Fulani herdsmen. Aare Onakankanfo even before installed could raise 200,000 soldiers in a month through the local chapters of OPC in every local government in Yorubaland.
Even motormouth Nnamdi Kanu never ran his mouth against the Obi of Onitsha and Eze. Aguleri, yet we have a Yoruba, from the land of prostrating respect, abusing the source of not only Yorubas, but all humans.
So how did we get to this point, when did the rain start beating Yoruba. Is it more than Fulani herdsmen that have been raiding and kidnapping us for centuries, yet we voted their number one Chairman in 2015 and 2019?
Apparently, Yoruba dogs have been deaf to the hunter for sometime. This is the same Yoruba youth that threw out a PhD president and replaced him with a soldier, under who herdsmen have now replaced their sticks with AK47.
Back in 2014, the authentic Yoruba leaders of Afenifere warned them that they should be wary of Buhari due to his past antecedents, and should vote for Jonathan’s restructuring, but some Yoruba youth, awon Omo abi paa be, called our elders corrupt goats with Yams in their mouth. Now they have invited the devil indoors and our economic and political freedoms destroyed, they once again abuse our elders for not doing anything.
But we also know that the Omoale can’t bring down the house alone without the clandestine support of evil elders, both inside and from outside. We have seen evidence that Chicago based MacAuthur Foundation spent $100m to push the corruption propaganda that embarrassed Jonathan out of office, so we know their Omoale madness is well sponsored. After the West fell out with Buhari that they brought into power, MacAuthur Foundation then financed BBC Yoruba and Igbo who are now key in the unfolding drama.
The imperialists plan is just like they destabilized the North during Southern presidents, Obasanjo and Jonathan reigns, they will sponsor separatists and others to destabilize the Northern government of Buhari. Yes, Buhari has been the worse president and must leave but resorting to foreign backing every time to get out opponents in power, does nothing than keep us enslaved.
Or even worse, like in the Sixties when Biafra was used to blackmail the Northern government that had dared to counter the January 15th British coup. The Civil War provoked by fake news reports from a Benin Republic radio station continued until Northern coulists conceded to British indirect rule terms, and the Western Powers betrayed the Biafra cause with millions of deaths written off as collateral damage.
This is the same game being played with Odua and Biafra that will collect Western weapons, waste their lives only to be left stranded when the British Americans fulfill their control objectives.
In order not to lose everything, the Fulani government will eventually bow to pressure when the Western Powers use their Southern slaves sufficiently. The British always boast to the Fulani in secret that the Fulani can never rule the South without them, calling Southerners their mental slaves that they can always use our brains making us fight for their interests disguised as ours.
The British/Americans can never ever ever agree to Nigeria breakup because one of the pieces will be grabbed by France, which will switch the African colonial leadership from British to France. But unfortunately, they will teach our Omoale to denigrate and decimate our authentic leadership that can guide us out of harms way and guide us to a win win situation based on our own interests and not foreign or Afroasiatic.
Suspicions were raised when BBC Yoruba went to dig up Sunday Igboho from an obscure corner selling smuggled cars. If the attraction was thuglife why not MC Oluomo and other super Thugs that held significant turfs. It was obvious his public profile was being built for mischievous reasons and we have seen how BBC Yoruba has been active in publicizing and winning hearts on mere propaganda.
It was the same BBC that went to dig up an obscure king in Aro land to smear the Ooni of Ife. Instead of questioning his state government for not accelerating Amotekun to protect his terrain, he Ignorantly questions why Ooni of Ife went to Abuja, unknown to him that Ooni of Ife is the leader of all Indigenous monarchs while Sultan of Sokoto was the leader of all Afroasiatic momarchs, which was why both of them are co-chairmen of Nigerias Traditional Council. And any dispute between the two civilizations demands that the federal government invites the leaders of both civilizations to Abuja. The ignorant baale of Iselu like Sunday Igboho believed that Alaafin of Oyo should have been invited despite Nigerias clear identification of our cultural makeup and leadership.
As said our Omoales have backing of some elders either for 2023 political purposes or supremacy battles. The confusion brought by supremacy battles based on falsehoods allows ignorance to fester among Yorubas. Despite Alaafin of Oyo not acknowledging Igboho in his public letter, Sunday abused Ooni of Ife who acknowledged his noble fight and begged Buhari to withdraw Igboho arrest warrant given to the Inspector of Police. The fifth rate Oba in Aro land is also a vassal of Oyo so you can’t but ponder why does a certain section of Yorubaland continue to be aggressive towards other parts after their Kiriji War defeat.
It also brings to bear that if Igbohos Odua dream comes to fruition, it will be a restart of the Kiriji War, because even Ife continues its non aggressive pact/soft power, those who fought as Ekiti Parapo won’t accept the Oyo aggressive posture. Dada o le ja sugbon o ni Aburo to le ja meaning The Rasta might not be able to fight but he has a hell of a fighter as a junior brother.
Maybe the Odua separatists truly mean Republic in the real sense of no kings, otherwise Akure kingdom for example will never accept to be a subordinate of Alaafin. The Ekiti Parapo only cultural link with Oyo whose core was Egunland is Ile Ife, and as long as they don’t respect Ife we have no points of reference.
Before the advent of Europeans, the Original African civilization was based on cultural linkages of kingdoms and citystates but ever since Oyo and Benin citystates had corrupted our cultural sphere with the establishment of a Jesuit church in 1506 and mosque in 1560, then exchanged millions of Yoruba captives for European guns to extend their territories towards Ife, the Black Race has fallen to Pan Tribalism and arrest of Black economic and political development. This disunity has enabled the Afroasians to continuously advance into our territories and prevent us from rising as a race. It might take a major war for us to regain a correct collective perspective
Left to me, I would tell our cultural and paramilitary leadership, Ooni of Ife and Aare Oonakankanfo, to stand back and let’s see how Sunday Ali Baba and his 40 thieves fight the herdsmen from hell. But unfortunately, the Yorubas say agba o kin wa Loja ki Ori Omo tuntun wo, an elder in a marketplace cant pass by a baby whose neck is warped in his Mama wrapper, even if it is humpty dumpty, so I guess the leadership would ignore the insults and continue the serious work of organizing, funding, training and arming Amotekun to take up the giant task of stopping this 4000yr aggression of Afroasiatic herdsmen that started in and overran ancient Black Egypt and now threatening the core of Original African heartland.
But we must do something about these cultural Omoales otherwise they will pull all of us down. Especially one boasting that he has sent his wives and children abroad while tell our youth to die for his doubtful cause.
