Although President Goodluck has accepted defeat, we can not but analyze what happened.

INEC through its voter registration and PVC disenfranchised over 10million voters, mainly in the South. Though there will be no legal challenges, Southerners can not afford to let this go unchecked unless they want to institutionalize the Fulani born to rule claim.

Contrary to widespread beliefs, the Yoruba votes were not as important as the rigged figures of Kano, Kaduna, Katsina and Jigawa or the disenfranchised Igbos or Deltans.

While Buhari only won 600,000 more than GEJ in Yorubaland, the real damage was the 2.4m Igbo voters disenfranchised – 5million Igbos voted in 2011 while only 2.6 Igbo voted in 2015.

The Northwest figures were outrageous and we need a new census and voter registration. How can Jigawa and Kano have double the voters of Lagos, the most populous city in Africa? The Northwest was awarded 17.6m registrations as 15.1 PVC were collected, greater than SW and SE votes combined.

How did Lagos end up with a mere 1.4million votes? In addition to Igbos complaints of not receiving their PVCs even in Lagos, there was massive card reader failures across the South, which many say were programmed to fail.

President Jonathan has actually done us a disservice by not fighting for the truth. Despite his clamor for peace, there can be no peace without Justice, so we are only postponing the day of reckoning.

These outrageous figures will comeback to haunt Nigeria in future elections. Especially when it dawns on Yorubas that no southerner can ever become president again!

Personally, I welcome these developments as it appears that people are due for harsh realities that will make or break us as a nation! So siddon look approach is in order.
